This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from THEONE, d.o.o., Radovanova ulica 18, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

We do not accept returns on worn jewelry.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must first contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

In such cases, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Contact your bank.
