All orders are shipped with tracking.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities once the package has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in original condition

We do not accept returns of worn jewelry.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@theonerings.com before returning the item.

The product must be returned in unused condition.

Refunds will be issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.
